Booking Day is Thursday 31st August
You can now view the new Workshop List, it contains some old favourites, and some new courses. We are running the Machine Quilting Course twice this term, as it has proved so popular. There are a number of Christmas Workshops (I know it seems very early!), and all the Christmas fabrics are on the shelves in the shop, ready for new projects.
To enrol on a workshop please book in person or ring, we cannot take bookings by e-mail. I should emphasise that we have a ‘first come, first served’ basis for bookings. Full payment will be taken on booking. If you have to cancel a course, and tell us more than 7 days before the course you will receive a refund of £20 for a full day and £7.50 for a half day. If you tell us within 7 days of the course taking place, you will not be entitled to any refund.
We will be taking bookings from Thursday 31st August at 9.30am in person, then we will start taking telephone bookings from 11.30am. If you were on a waiting list for a course you will need to contact us, as any previous waiting list entries will not be carried forward to the new courses. Please complete the booking form and bring it with you when you book, it will just make the process a bit quicker.
As from November we will be stocking a collection of Liberty prints which are designed specifically for Patchwork and Quilting, so will be a slightly heavier cloth. There are a couple of patterns being produced as well to fit in with the collection, so watch this space! Just a reminder that you are welcome to use our car park behind which has about 10 spaces, it can get full, so the pub next door have allowed us to park in their car park too. With both options we would just ask that you park considerately.
